StopSuite is Windows based Network Management Software and comprises our RunStop, PrintStop, LogonStop, ChangeStop and User Environment Management Tools integrated into a single management application.
RunStop
allows you to control when and where specific programs can be
run.
- You specify the Computer Group, User Group, Time,
and the Program to control
PrintStop
allows you to implement a credit based printing environment.
- Allocate initial credits based on User Group and limit how much
users can print.
LogonStop
allows you to control the amount of simultaneous logons by a user.
- Specify how many times user in a specific user group can logon.
ChangeStop
allows you to protect files stored on users computers.
- Specifiy the local path to files you want to protect from modifications.
User Environment Management Tools allow you to create and maintain a combination of Start Menu and Desktop shortcuts for each network user group.
Computer Groups are based on existing machines on the network
placed into logical groups - usually by location. User Groups
are based on the standard Windows Domain User Groups.
